Can I connect an outside texting provider such as SendBlue?

There is no SendBlue integration and no built-in integration for third-party mass texting platforms. Votel has its own texting system, and the usual approach is to use Votel's own conversation messaging.

If you need another provider, you can connect it manually: use the API steps in workflows to call the provider's API to send a message. That is less smooth than messaging from the inbox, but it works for something like a bulk campaign.
